What is training?

- Flexibility and mobility training.

- Strength training: building muscle is essential for good health, strength training seeks to enhance strength gains and hypertrophy.

- Balance and Stability Training.

What is the purpose of training?

Training is an activity that arises to encompass the effect of training... It is a procedure designed to obtain knowledge, skills and abilities.

Physical training helps people maintain a healthy weight and reduce the risk of some diseases.

Whatever you train and however you train, you and all other athletes are doing the same thing: moving a set of muscles and bones; getting your heart and blood pressure going; burning energy in the form of calories; racing your pulse; and pushing yourself beyond what you think are your limits.

 

Functional training

The name says it all. This method exercises muscle groups in series of movements that the athlete will use later in his or her daily life. It is a much smarter way of exercising with a practical touch.

CORE Training

What is this CORE? It basically consists of training the lumbo-pelvic region of the body. It is a set of 29 muscles and its development generates stability and injury prevention.
